End of Spring Tryouts

It's almost the end of the semester, so that means that we here at the Waiters like to give guys one last shot at auditions before the summer break comes. Auditions will be held at RPU 222 from 4:30 to 6:00 on Tuesday 4/27 and Wednesday 4/28. Have a short solo prepared to sing.

This is it... the final day before Spring Fever XXX. We will no longer be selling tickets online, so check the Willard Straight Hall ticket office if you need tickets. Tickets will be sold at the door also, but keep in mind that they will be EXTREMELY limited. Those tickets will start to be sold at 7PM at the door.

Changes

As you may have noticed, the website has been undergoing some major changes. Although the color scheme change is probably the most noticeable, there are a few other changes we have waiting in the wings... you will just have to wait to see what they are. We do, however, have some new bios up, so take a look at our current members.

Auditions

Sometimes we decide to take in new members. Next week would be one of those times. Think you've got what it takes to be a Waiter?

Come to RPU 220 between 4:15 and 6:00 on Tuesday or Wednesday and show us what you've got. Come with a short (minute or two) solo prepared and we'll have you in and out in a few minutes.

Also: we'd like to put to rest rumors that we have hired Simon from Americal Idol to oversee the auditions.

Florida

After returning from sunny Florida to the frozen expanses of Ithaca, we have several points to make to the general public:

-It's cold here.

-Bribery gets you places... like Nikki Beach, the hottest spot in all of Miami Beach.

-It snowed two feet while we were in Florida.

-The Ponderosa Steakhouse may have terrible food, but the fun one can have with the dinner rolls is unmatched by any other eatery.

-It's freezing here.

-Universal Studios banned us for one year. No joke.

-Never intoduce the Waiters to your daughters. Or Sisters. Ever.

Spring Fever XXIX

It's coming. Mark your calanders now for the biggest a cappella show of the semester: Spring Fever XXIX, April 11th in Bailey Hall. Tickets will be avalible here, at the straight, and from any Waiter 3 weeks before the show (beginning the week of March 24th). In addition to the concert, the Waiters will be releasing their 21st full length album, "The Forgotten Room." Stay tuned for further details!
